Getting a delivery

How do I get a delivery from a Rekeni robot?

Order from a Rekeni partner store or restaurant in a service area and choose robot delivery. You will get a link to follow your order and a code to open your locker.

When does Rekeni launch?

Our first pod, MOTO, is planned to begin service in Q3 2027 in its first approved area. Before then we run pilots with partners. We will announce sites and partners as they are confirmed.

How do I collect my order?

Meet the robot at the kerb when it arrives, enter your one-time code on its screen and the right locker opens. Only your locker opens, and only while the robot is stopped.

What if I am not home?

Your partner store sets what happens: the robot can wait a few minutes, come back later or return your order to the store.

How much does a delivery cost me?

Delivery is priced by the business you order from, as part of your order.

Robots and safety

Is it safe?

Our robots are built to be careful: limits on speed, roads, hours and weather, AI that watches every trip, an operations team on call and an emergency stop anyone can press. Read our approach to safety.

Do the robots drive on the pavement?

Our robots drive on the road and stop at the kerb, like any delivery vehicle. Where a robot may drive is set for each service area.

What happens if a robot breaks down?

It stops safely at the side of the road and our operations team is told at once. They can move it on, park it or send a technician.

Are the robots recording me?

Robots record the street around them to drive and so incidents can be looked into. Faces and number plates are blurred. Read the privacy notice.

How do I report a problem?

Use the report form. A person reads every report. If anyone is in danger, call 10111 or 112 first.

Business and partners

Which businesses can use Rekeni?

Industrial parks and warehouses, universities, hospitals and large estates, gated estates, mines and industrial facilities, retailers, couriers and, later, intercity freight. Fleet operators and robot makers can license the platform. See industries.

What does it cost a business?

It depends on the market: a monthly fleet subscription per pod on sites, contracts and per-delivery fees on estates and in retail, route fees for couriers and licences for the platform. The figures on our industry pages are hypotheses we are testing in pilots, not published prices.

How do we connect our systems?

Through our partner API: you send orders and receive updates at every step, from loading to handover.

Do we need our own vehicles?

No. Rekeni provides the pods, charging, maintenance and the operations team. If you do own vehicles, you can run them on the Rekeni platform under licence.

How do we join a pilot?

Register through the pilot programme: your industry, routes and what moves. We answer within two working days and test the service with you before launch.
